Blonde Ale

Golden CALF - Belgian Style Blonde Ale- 5.3 ABV 30 IBU

This beer is brewed with Cascade, Amarillo, Liberty, and Fuggle.  This beer a citrusy blonde ale and had a very light body, highly carbonated with a dry finish

 

Pale Ales

Pale Horse - Pale Ale - 6.4 ABV 31 IBU

A Belgian style pale ale.  This beer was designed to be similar to a traditional style pale ale. 

 

Summer Haze - Pale ale - 5.6 ABV 43 IBU

This beer has an orange haze to the color reflecting the sky from 2017.  Orange or tangerine nose complements this beer. 

 

Warrior - Pale Ale

A Belgian style pale ale that is brewed with Warrior and Tomahawk hops and dry hopped with Warrior, Mosaic and Chinook hops.

 

IPA

Je Ne Sais Quoi - IPA - 5.3 ABV, 61 IBU
A Belgian style IPA. A very citrusy IPA with a huge pineapple nose. Its well balanced with a bitter, slightly peppery and dry finish.

 

 

Stouts
The Black Falcon - Stout - 7.6 ABV 32 IBU

A Belgian style stout.  We use a specialty malt that imparts the chocolate flavors with less bitterness.

 

Reveille - Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout - 8.5 ABV 32 IBU

This beer is brewed with Black Rifle Coffee’s AK 47, and is aged in Bourbon Barrels.
